Base pay range
Up to £30,000 basic with uncapped bonus
We’re looking for ambitious and confident individuals to join our expanding sales team!
You’ll book meetings for our New Business team by establishing relationships with potential customers and using your initiative to identify commercial opportunities. We offer significant investment in your training and development – which is just one of the reasons we’ve got an average length of service of 10 years.
This is your path into a sales role free from scripts! You do your best when given the tools and techniques to be the best version of yourself.
Our comprehensive training plan will ensure you develop effective selling techniques while building a rewarding career as part of our successful sales team. What you’ll need to bring is confidence, a competitive spirit, tenacity and excellent communication skills.
What you’ll be doing:
* Engaging with key decision makers through business-led conversations
* Developing an understanding of our customers businesses and what drives them
* Building successful B2B relationships to book meetings for our New Business team
* Achieving KPIs by identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities
* Immersing yourself in your target vertical markets to become an expert in your field
* Utilising a range of communication methods including social selling
What we need from you:
* Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building rapport
* Tenacity, ambition and the ability to think on your feet
* Proactive attitude with confidence in making outbound calls
* Self-motivation and the ability to use your own initiative
* A customer facing background and a driven nature
* A team player with a passion for ethical B2B sales
