Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Bognor Regis as we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a netw ork of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. As a negotiator you will: Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties. Generate and conduct property viewings. Negotiate offers between all parties. Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) Display excellent customer service at all times. Industry experience is essential In return we offer: On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £30,000 - £35,000per annum, depending on experience first few months guaranteed commission pay. 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota. Pension Scheme Career Progression It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
