We’re now looking for an eCommerce Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting entry-level role offering broad exposure across customer service, product management, operations, and marketing support — perfect for someone looking to build a career in eCommerce.
As an eCommerce Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the business. You'll support a wide range of departments, working across admin tasks, customer support, product listings, stock handling and more.
This is a varied and fast-paced position, suited to someone who enjoys learning, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat, providing friendly and efficient support
Maintain accurate product information across our website and ERP system
Assist with resolving simple accounting queries flagged by our accounts team
Support our in-house florist with stock requests, box making and labelling
Help prepare for product photoshoots and events
Collate company performance data and assist with regular KPI reporting
About you:
We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and eager to get involved across the business.
A friendly, professional manner and confidence communicating with customers
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and admin tasks
Good computer skills – confident with Excel, email, and information systems
A willingness to learn and work flexibly across different business functions
A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Previous eCommerce experience isn’t essential — but an interest in online retail and a can-do attitude is a must.

Salary range: £24-25k
Full time 39 hours p/w

An initial holiday allowance of 25 days plus an additional day for each year for the first five years up to 30 days/year. Thereafter an additional half a day each year with no upper limit
