We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our dynamic Locality Team in Enfield. As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
* Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals and families, ensuring their needs are met.
* Working closely with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
* A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
* Current registration with Social Work England.
