Blue Legal are partnered with a leading award winning global law firm who are recruiting for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to support their London office. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join a successful Business Development and Marketing Team. As a Business Development and Marketing Executive, you are responsible for proactively supporting marketing and business development projects, execute sophisticated events both in person and online and assist in the production of high level marketing materials in the London office.
The Responsibilities:
* Manage, end-to-end, the directory and awards submissions for the group
* Works closely with the Pitch Assistance Centre and / or Strategic Pitch Team to develop accurate first draſts and project manage the end-to-end pitch process
* Manage key events and webinars for the practice
* Support the BD&M Partners and Practice Development Lawyer (PDL) in developing and implementing BD plans aligned to the business plans of relevant practice and initiative
* Shares experience to drive improvements/assist efficiency
* Assists in raising the practice’s external profile through product or market specific campaigns, thought leadership, PR, client and industry events and online presence
* Support the practce in nurturing priority client relations. Plan and facilitate the execution of BD initiatives relating to client targeting
* Help develop and manage the team’s internal communications
The Candidate:
* Strong academic background with at least two years’ business/client development experience in professional services
* Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable team player who can work independently and is committed to delivering high-quality client service.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, tailored client-facing materials for diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrated critical thinking and strong organisational/project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and proficiency in key software tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, InterAction).
