We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who is ready to take the lead on high volume ER cases and be a trusted advisor to operational leaders across the business.
About the Role
You will be part of a team of HR Business Partners, playing a pivotal role in managing complex and high volume ER casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues. You'll work closely with managers to provide a first-class HR service and use live processes to upskill managers on HR best practice.
This is a hands on, high impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to build strong, credible relationships quickly across all levels of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and manage a high caseload of ER issues ensuring timely consistent and legally compliant outcomes
* Support and coach managers through all stages of employee relations cases
* Identify ER trends and proactively address root causes to mitigate risk
* Provide strategic and operational HR advice across your business area
* Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
* Work collaboratively with wider HR and L&D teams to drive performance and employee engagement
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar HR role with a strong focus on ER case management
* Confidence in advising and influencing senior stakeholders
* Comfortable in a reactive, fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
* Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
