Position Overview
Hands-on leader responsible for quality systems and continuous improvement across manufacturing and assembly operations. Drives ISO compliance, product quality, and cross-functional performance.
Key Responsibilities
7. Lead QMS and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
8. Drive quality initiatives to reduce defects and improve yield
9. Manage audits and CAPA processes
10. Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions
11. Partner with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain
12. Develop inspection protocols for components and assemblies
13. Act as primary contact for customer/supplier quality issues
14. Train and mentor quality staff
15. Lead Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and RCA initiatives
Qualifications
16. Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
17. 5+ years in quality within manufacturing or precision environment
18. Strong ISO 9001, GD&T, SPC, FMEA, PPAP experience
19. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
20. Zeiss CMM programming experience
Preferred
21. ERP/QMS experience (SAP or similar)
22. CQE, CQM/OE, Six Sigma certifications
