We are recruiting a Senior Client Relationship Manager to provide client development and relationship management for a portfolio of identified relationship clients.
This role is integral to the firm’s growth strategy and revenue generation objective and is global in focus, working across Pinsent Masons entire network and drawing on all available resources across the firm to take all that is relevant of Pinsent Masons to the clients to build long term sustainable relationships.
This role can be based at our London, Edinburgh, Manchester or Birmingham offices, with standard working hours of 35 hours a week, and we operate a 3 days in the office, 2 days from home working model. However, as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
* Extensive previous experience in a client facing key account management role in either a legal setting or other partnership professional service setting.
* Experience being the custodian of the Relationship Development plan for identified clients, ensuring plans are strategically aligned, current, and oriented around the clients objectives.
* Proven ability to identify and create business growth opportunities out of market developments and hot topics aligned to the firm’s strategy and topical market theme.
* Able to lead on and drive best practice within relationship development by identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining the most efficient and effective means of working.
* An expert in relationship building using strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand and adapt to the needs of clients and colleagues.
* Comfortable acting as a true advisor – challenging preconceptions and ways of working where appropriate, with stakeholders of all levels.
