Sales Administrator / Order Processing Superstar Wanted - Join a Growing Team in Thatcham!
Location: Office-based in Thatcham, Berkshire
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Our client, a thriving family-run business, is looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This is a key role that supports day-to-day sales operations and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Managing order processing from start to finish
2. Handling day-to-day sales administration tasks
3. Updating internal systems and Excel trackers
4. Preparing and sending invoices
5. Providing exceptional customer service - sharing updates and answering queries
6. Ordering and tracking parts & stock
7. Creating monthly/quarterly KPI reports using PowerPoint
8. Assisting with contract pricing proposals
9. Coordinating with warehouse & logistics to ensure timely shipments
