CNC Machinist / Programmer (5-Axis) We're working with a long-established precision engineering business that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, technically demanding work. They're now looking to strengthen the team with experienced CNC Machinist/Programmers, particularly those confident working with 5-axis milling. The Role This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved across the full machining process, not just stood loading parts. Programming, setting and operating 5-axis milling machines Working from detailed engineering drawings and CAD data Producing complex components to tight tolerances Inspecting your own work to ensure it meets spec Carrying out finishing work where required Identifying and resolving issues on the shop floor Keeping machines in good condition and running efficiently Supporting less experienced team members where needed You'll be trusted to manage your own work and contribute to maintaining high standards across the shop.
