The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver technology initiatives that improve manufacturing processes, supply chain performance, and operational efficiency.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for both project governance and delivery.
What we’re looking for
* Proven Project Management experience delivering digital or technology projects in a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations
* Experience working with senior stakeholders
* Exposure to EPOS, CRM, and digital projects
* Solid experience managing budgets and project reporting
* PMP or equivalent certification is desirable
Key responsibilities
* Manage complex projects across business and technology teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Create and maintain project plans, tracking tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies
* Coordinate stakeholders across Technology, Operations, and the wider business
* Facilitate working groups and project forums
* Gather and analyse requirements, from initial concepts through to detailed delivery
* Lead process mapping and redesign, defining As-Is and To-Be processes
* Manage end-to-end project delivery, including implementation
* Ensure strong project reporting, governance, and budget control
