Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a professional, efficient and experienced School Administrator to join a well-regarded Secondary School in Tameside. This full-time, long-term role is available for an immediate start, offering a competitive daily rate of £100.

About the Role:
As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties that help ensure the smooth running of the school. Key tasks include answering phone calls and emails, greeting visitors, maintaining student records, supporting with attendance and safeguarding systems, and providing general admin support to staff and the Senior Leadership Team.
Experience with school management systems such as SIMS or Arbor is highly advantageous. You should be able to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanour at all times.
Essential Requirements:
* Applicants must have previous experience working in a school or educational setting - applications without this experience will not be considered
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
* A clear understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality in a school setting
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
