We are actively seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to help create happiness in amazing places by ensuring our guests receive a rapturous welcome whilst enjoying our dining experiences. Role Responsibility
Lots to do but lots of fun
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for Mise-en-Place, ensuring that restaurants have sufficient quantities of cutlery and crockery for service and making sure the restaurant is prepared to entertain our guests. During service, you will support and assist the restaurant team with the delivery of food from the kitchen to the appropriate section.

* Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant / Waiter, ideally gained in a similar environment.
* An interest and appreciation of fine food & wine.
* Confident communicator – important to liaise with your guests and your other team members.
