Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator – Weymouth
Location: Weymouth Coffee Tavern, Weymouth, DT4 8JH. Working hours: 37 hours, Monday–Friday with one weekend every 4 weeks.
Overview
Join our dedicated team as a Criminal Justice Worker, focusing on driving change within the community and providing support to individuals in need. The role involves holistic assessments, one-to-one support, and creating care packages to prevent first-time offences, in collaboration with a range of partners.
Responsibilities
* Conduct holistic assessments that factor in the distinct needs of each individual.
* Offer personalised one-to-one support addressing underlying challenges.
* Craft and deliver effective care packages aimed at preventing first-time offences.
* Collaborate with a diverse array of individuals and partners to ensure comprehensive care.
About you
* A deep-seated commitment to criminal justice and community welfare.
* Exceptional assessment skills to identify individualised needs.
* Strong communication aptitude for productive interactions with diverse individuals.
* Problem-solving ability to design impactful care packages.
* Empathy and a non-judgemental approach to supporting individuals in need.
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Requirements and notes
* Enhanced DBS check, Police Vetting and HMPPS Vetting required prior to starting.
* Role requires a driving licence.
* Salary information: advertised earning potential within the pay band; starting salaries may progress within band.
