Hospitality Sales Manager

The Impact You’ll Make:

As Hospitality Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing sales team responsible for driving hospitality. You’ll play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, motivating your team to exceed targets, and ensuring the venue remains the destination of choice for premium sporting experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to deliver against ambitious revenue targets.
* Oversee all hospitality sales activity, delivering exceptional service to maximise revenue and retention.
* Build and maintain robust sales pipelines, ensuring renewals, new business, and upsell opportunities are maximised.
* Monitor market trends and performance data to refine strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
* Review pricing, demand, and inventory to optimise revenue across all packages.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations.
* Champion a high-performance culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


Your Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience leading successful sales teams within an outbound contact centre environment.
* A strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Confident in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM systems.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Strategic thinker who can combine data insight with creativity to deliver results.
* Inspiring leader who coaches and develops team members to reach their full potential.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
