Job Description
* Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
* Provide advice on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
* Manage employee relations including grievances and disciplinary actions.
* Support the HR BP with change management processes.
* Contribute to the development of HR policies and practices.
* Handle HR administration such as contracts, letters and reports.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* Experience working in an HR role within the HE sector.
* Good knowledge of UK employment law.
* An understanding of change management processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
