Interim Headteacher - SEN School Panoramic Associates is supporting an SEN School in the North East of England, who require an interim Headteacher starting ASAP until Christmas initially. The school caters to SEN/ASD/SEMH students and they require an experienced Headteacher to work alongside the School Improvement team and drive improvement across the school, helping them to prepare for their next Ofsted inspection. As interim Headteacher you will oversee operations, support and develop an SLT and use a trauma-informed approach to drive things forward. Experience at Headship level in an SEN School and a trauma-informed approach is essential. 5 days per week on-site is essential, and a DBS on the update service would be preferable but not essential. This role is paid on a daily rate inside IR35.
