Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Health & Beauty Team. This role involves working with our Certification Officers and licensees in the cosmetics sector. You will handle administrative aspects of the organic certification process to support our team and our portfolio of health & beauty businesses. Responsibilities include managing the team inbox, answering calls, reviewing licensee submissions, and inputting product data into our system.
About You
To succeed, you should have A Level education or equivalent, with experience in cosmetics (science, formulations, product development, or technical aspects), Quality Assurance, and/or certification processes. You should possess substantial administrative experience, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing your workload. Excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
