School Swimming Lifegaurd Wanted Location: Swansea Position Type: Full-Time, 5 days per week untill July 2026 Start Date: 1st Septemeber 2025 Salary: £89.38 Are you passionate about swimming and love working with children? We’re looking for a Swimming Lifegaurd who is willing to do Teachng Assistant work within schools too to join our school team! Key Responsibilities: Monitoring swimmers Enforcing rules Preventing accidents Responding to emergencies Educating swimmers Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to support student development. Requirements: Lifegaurd qualification (or equivalent) Patience, energy, and excellent communication skills Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, is desirable but not essential. A caring and patient approach with the ability to build positive relationships with students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals. A commitment to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed and achieve their best. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent) are preferred but not essential. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Why Join Us?
