Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist is the face of our agency! You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling various servicing needs including billing, claims, records, document scanning, answering phones, tracking supplies, and other duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
If you are shy, this may not be the right role for you, as it involves customer interaction throughout the day.
