Nursery Practitioner, Bristol, £15.50 per hour Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our agency team, supporting a reputable nursery in the Bristol area. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early years education and confident working within a busy, supportive nursery environment, utilising their knowledge of childcare practices and early years curriculum planning to deliver high-quality care and education in a nursery setting, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive. Key Responsibilities As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children, working in partnership with parents and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children, and contributing to the planning and delivery of activities and experiences that promote children’s learning and development, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and other relevant childcare policies and procedures. Required Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for early years education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team, as well as a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field, and experience of working in a nursery or early years setting, with a strong understanding of childcare practices, early years curriculum planning, and relevant policies and procedures.
