Deputy Care Home Manager
Location: Downham Market
Salary: £50,000 per Annum
PSR Solutions are proud to be partnering with an award-winning and reputable care provider in the search for an exceptional Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents received high quality care.
You'll lead and support care staff, and step in for the Home Manager when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and guiding care staff, leading by example
Helping with new resident assessments and ensuring care plans and records are kept up to date
Working closely with families and external professionals to maintain strong communication and relationships
Driving the highest CQC standards and safeguarding best practicesSkills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager
Strong understanding of residents' needs and how to deliver excellent care
Sound knowledge of CQC standards
Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
Confidence in involving residents and families in creating and reviewing care plansBenefits:
