Overview
We are seeking a motivated, forward-thinking Critical Care Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary Critical Care team based across both Doncaster and Bassetlaw hospital sites. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, develop and deliver high-quality rehabilitation pathways for patients recovering from critical illness. You will play a key role in ensuring that rehabilitation is embedded across the patient journey—from admission through to post-ICU follow-up. Working closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing teams, psychologists, and medical staff, you will champion personalised, holistic recovery and help improve outcomes for some of our most vulnerable patients.
Role and responsibilities
* Lead, develop and deliver high-quality rehabilitation pathways for patients recovering from critical illness across the patient journey—from admission through to post-ICU follow-up.
* Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing teams, psychologists, and medical staff to champion personalised, holistic recovery and improve patient outcomes.
