We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and commercially focussed PPC Manager to help drive our rapidly growing paid marketing channel portfolio. With over 750,000 small businesses already choosing us to create their marketing materials with us, your purpose is to put our brand in front of both new and existing audiences to drive new customer acquisition and improve retention. We treat every business customer as a client partner, however small their business is, and your role will be critical to help our customers purchase the right print.
Reporting directly to the Head of eCommerce & Marketing, this role is responsible for paid advertising on instantprint.co.uk and supports heavily in performance marketing.
The role plays a vital part in achieving the growth aspirations of the UKs largest online printer, instantprint.co.uk. Our PPC channels are a key strategic pillar and, as such, you will be at the forefront of accelerating growth through both acquisition and retention campaigns.
About the position:
* Salary between £30,000 - £35,0000
* Work hours: Mon - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (flexible early/late 7:30am-6:30pm) eg start at 7:30am finish at 4pm
* Hybrid working: Currently working from home for 3 days in 10. Every Wednesday and every other Friday. Following the initial 60 days onboarding and training this option will be available to you.
* Weekly pay, every Friday
Key Responsibilities
* The PPC Manager is responsible for driving efficiencies and improving ROI across Paid Search. The PPC Manager will work across all Paid Search channels including Google and Microsoft (Bing).
* Working alongside the eCommerce & Marketing teams, you will use campaign and non-campaign data to drive sales, both generally and on targeted product lines. You will utilise our existing campaign structure and continually develop it to be the most effective in the industry.
* You will analyse our production capability reports to ensure that we are delivering sales and growth in areas that are most relevant to our capacity levels - ensuring that there is a good balance of types of sales being made to ensure a harmonious production environment.
* You will work closely with our product development and eCommerce team to ensure that products are launched effectively and with maximum impact. Product launch success can be heavily attributed to our paid advertising approach and, as such, is highly regarded as a key driver of success for new product launches.
* You will work with the Head of eCommerce & Marketing to ensure we deliver on the brand aspirations for new customer growth whilst working to ensure we do so with the highest return on investment possible.

Requirements for the role
Essential Skills and abilities
* Highly proficient at managing sophisticated Google Ad accounts
* Highly proficient on Google Analytics with excellent analytical skills
* Experience managing Google Shopping campaigns
* Experience of GoogleTag Manager
* Experience in advertising automation
* Experience of using detailed sales data to make informed commercial decisions.
* Experience managing a vast variety of product categories simultaneously.
* Excellent IT, Communication and Presentation skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level

Bluetree's combined office, production, and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster.
