Role Overview - Secondary Supply Teacher:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 (subject specialism where possible)
* Maintain a safe and focused classroom environment
* Adapt to new schools quickly and follow each school's behaviour and safeguarding policies
* Inspire and engage students across various subject areas
* Provide feedback and support to students where needed
Requirements for a Supply Teacher:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Ability to teach confidently across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
* Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
