Overview Of The Role
The individual will work in a team supporting Ilika’s production of Goliath solid-state batteries.
Responsibilities May Include But Are Not Limited To
* Making of coin cells;
* Performing quality control measurements on incoming materials using analytical instrumentation;
* Booking and receipt of raw materials into the system
* Execution of production work plan on schedule;
* Ensuring production targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and quality standards are met;
* Effectively communicate with team and other stakeholders;
* Ensure adherence to Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions in day-to-day activities relating to printing, processing and evaluation of solid state batteries and prototypes;
* Awareness of good laboratory and health and safety practice;

* Taking the initiative in proposing and implementing solutions for areas for improvement in the Company’s operations;
Job Requirements
* Knowledge and understanding of all key production processes and metrology;
* Enthusiastic learner with IT and mechanical skills;
* Min A-level or equivalent;
* Effective written and oral communication;
* Ability to follow well defined operating procedures in compliance with ISO standards to achieve high quality in a complex manufacturing environment;
* Good time management skills;
* Demonstrated ability to work well in a team as a member;
* Conscientious and have a good eye for detail;
