P osition: Mobile M&E Engineer
Location: London & Home Counties
Salary: £45-50k plus Company Van and Personal use
Our client is a major service provider in London with over 50 years of success and continued growth. Due to recent success, they are seeking a Mobile M&E Engineer to join their ever expanding District Heating Division. This division operates across London, managing a range of blue-chip portfolios. The work is a mixture of planned maintenance and repair works as well as reactive works from our call-out service.
Working across a wide range of mechanical and electrical assets, the M&E Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and optimising building systems to ensure efficient operation.
Mechanical duties include AHUs, HIUs, pumps, inverters, cooling towers, adiabatic coolers, and pipework, requiring a solid working knowledge of all M&E and HVAC systems.
Electrical duties involve BMS monitoring, meter checks, fault finding.
Mobile M&E Engineer Job Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Mechanical & Electrical engineering within the building services sector
* Hold 18th edition
* Have Mechanical qualifications
* Strong understanding of HVAC, Plant rooms and Commercial Electrical systems
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across London & the Home Counties.
Mobile M&E Engineer Job Title Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
* 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
* 23 days plus bank rising with service
* 1.5-2x overtime rates - engineers often 10-15k additional per annum
* Company van optional personal use available.
* 1-8 call out rota - looking to grow to 1-10
