Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field based Client Account Manager. The Client Account Manager will oversee and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and timely execution of bespoke interior design projects. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with design and operations teams, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and serving as a primary contact to address client needs. The role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
* Account management skills with experience in client relationship management and project coordination
* Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
* Proficiency in understanding design processes, with prior experience in an interior design or related field being a plus
* Problem-solving and analytical abilities to address challenges and adapt to changing project requirements
* Knowledge of budgeting and financial management related to project delivery
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools for account management and project tracking is an advantage
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Experience within new build property sector desired
