Vehicle Technician, Hockmeyer Motors, Holdingham SPAR Store
39 Hours per week
Various shifts between 8am – 5pm on Mon – Thursday, and 8am – 4pm on Friday
We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician. As a Vehicle Technician at SPAR Holdingham, you will play a vital role in supporting our Workshop Manager in creating a positive customer experience through providing efficient general maintenance on cars and light commercial vehicles, including services and repairs.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
1. Vehicle fault finding
2. Services & repairs
3. Cambelt/cam changes
4. Clutch fitting
Key Skills/Knowledge:
5. Diagnostic experience
6. Driving licence required
7. MOT tester desired but not essential
8. Welding desired but not essential
9. Behave within the principles of the company’s values at all times
10. Maintain employee and organisational confidentiality in line with the Data Protection Act
11. Demonstrate commitment to equality and diversity
12. Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred
13. Reliably follows instructions and procedures with excellent attention to detail
