We're currently recruiting for an Admin Support Officer to join a well-established team working across Housing Repairs dealing with Contractors in Nottingham.
Contract Details
* Full-time, office-based role in Nottingham

What the Admin Support Officer will receive

Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the project team
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Support communication between contractors, residents, and internal teams
* Handle queries professionally and provide timely updates
* Assist with general office duties, reporting, and data management
Requirements
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within construction, housing, or property management
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Experience within social housing or a background in repairs is a plus
