A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client's well-established law firm. They are looking to recruit an ambitious and experienced Corporate / Commercial Fee Earner to work alongside their highly regarded Corporate Commercial Partners.

This is the ideal role for a Corporate Solicitor who may be seeking greater variety and client connection beyond purely transactional work, but who doesn't wish to move in-house. Key Responsibilities
 * Manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of Company and Commercial law.
 * Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
 * Handle matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
 * Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the ongoing growth of the department.
 * Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
The Ideal Candidate
 * Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE (or equivalent experience).
 * Strong background in Corporate and Commercial work, ideally within a private practice setting.
 * Confident managing your own caseload and meeting fee-earning targets.
 * Excellent relationship-builder with proven business development experience.
 * A proactive, driven individual who enjoys working autonomously as well as part of a team.
 * Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own transport (due to office location and client travel).
