Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Expedite Operative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the fast and efficient movement of goods through our supply chain, meeting customer requirements and supporting operational excellence.
This is a 4 on 4 off position, days & nights 12-hour shifts. Salary up to £30,783 per annum + bonus.
Responsibilities
* Unload vehicles, receipt and store items.
* Pick orders, dispatch and carrier paperwork.
* Maintain stock accuracy.
* Escalate potential risks to the appropriate teams and suggest solutions.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives in line with company standards.
* Uphold all health, safety, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
* Hands-on experience in picking and packing, ideally with exposure to SAP or Oracle systems.
* A collaborative team player who can also work confidently and independently when required.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet deadlines and consistently achieve targets.
