Position highlights major tertiary referral and teaching centre providing a full range of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. 40 hour working week plus on call duties working across acute and elective surgery, outpatient clinics, teaching Duties The role requires a candidate who would be able to provide expert surgical and non-surgical care for a wide range of spinal conditions, including degenerative diseases, trauma, and tumours. Perform advanced procedures, including minimally invasive spine surgery and complex spinal reconstructions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of orthopaedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, physiotherapists, and pain specialists. Contribute to clinical teaching, research and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in on-call rosters for acute spinal and trauma cases and participate in the Orthopaedic or Neurosurgery call roste Requirements Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (FRACS) - orthopaedics or neurosurgery, or an equivalent qualification and be eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ).
