Sales Executive – Chemicals (Highlands Region) Inverness-based / Field-based across the Highlands Full-time | Permanent Company Car Fuel Card Salary: DOE An opportunity has opened up for a field-based Sales Executive to join a long-established manufacturer of high-performance chemical solutions serving a wide range of industries including oil & gas, industrial services, transport, hygiene, and food sectors. This role will cover the Highlands region, so would suit someone based in or around Inverness who enjoys getting out on the road, building long-term relationships with customers, and growing a local patch. What You'll Be Doing Managing and growing a portfolio of customers across the Highlands Developing new business through prospecting and local relationship-building Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored chemical solutions Working closely with internal teams to ensure product delivery and support Attending monthly team meetings (in Aberdeen) and occasional training sessions What We're Looking For Previous B2B sales experience (field-based or internal) Experience in technical, industrial, or chemical sales is a bonus — but not essential Strong communication and relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence Self-motivated, reliable, and confident managing your own territory
