An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers.
This special service provides exceptional, specialised care for those in need of residential, nursing, and dementia care and offers a peaceful and comfortable haven for all residents.
To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
Key Duties:
1. Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
2. Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene to days out and companionship.
3. Encourage independence, well-being, and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
4. Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Have a genuine desire to care for others.
2. A good team player.
3. In a remote location, so a Driving Licence is desirable; however, transport can be provided.
The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP 12.00 per hour and the annual salary is GBP 22,464 per annum.
