Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels.
* Carry out small installation works and respond to site engineering emergencies.
* Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical and mechanical systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
* Carry out reactive repairs on all systems and coordinate with relevant sub-contractors as required.
* Perform PPM maintenance as per the instruction set provided within Concept; report PPM defects via client defect process and liaise with the supervisor of defect requirements.
* Ensure weekly equipment reports are updated with any change in status of equipment.
* Liaise with sub-contractors for repairs/quotations and monitor performance; ensure works are completed correctly and the area is left in satisfactory condition.
* Sign off completed PPM and reactive tasks via PDA in line with client policies and procedures in a timely manner.
* Maintain a professional image of CBRE and deliver excellent customer service.
* Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the client representative and client personnel.
* Ensure a safe and healthy working environment and compliance with all company and client policies and procedures.
* Accurately maintain site logs and related paperwork.
* Understand and maintain all systems on site; collaborate with other trade engineers to resolve electrical issues within SLA.
* Maintain professional and technical skills through continuous personal development.
Qualifications and Skills
* A good basic education with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
* Recognized Electrical Qualification
* C&G 18th Edition in Electrical Installations
* C&G Test and Inspection
Knowledge
* Good knowledge of various building electrical systems and planned preventative maintenance regimes.
* Current knowledge of BS standards related to electrical systems on site (emergency lighting, fire alarm, power, BMS, etc.).
Experience
* Experience with structured PPM delivery.
* Experience working with business-critical equipment.
* Experience in customer-focused roles; health and safety-led environments; electrical systems management and paperwork.
