Responsibilities
* Support resident assessments and carry out basic clinical tasks (e.g., observations, venepuncture, ECG, bladder scanning) once trained and assessed as competent.
* Build strong relationships with care home staff, GPs and partner services to keep care safe, effective and compassionate.
* Keep accurate records and help the team run smoothly through light admin and coordination.
