A supportive and welcoming primary school in Aylesbury is looking to appoint a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This full-time, long-term role involves working 1:1 with a Year 2 pupil who presents with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Position: SEMH Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Focus: 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with SEMH needs
Collaboration: Work closely with the Inclusion Manager
Training: Access to CPD and professional development opportunitiesIdeal Candidate:
Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant (preferably with SEMH)
Strong interpersonal and behaviour management skills
