This post offers an opportunity for a motivated individual to join Keele University’s People and Organisational Development Department. The Resourcing Advisor will support the delivery of resourcing, partnering with managers to attract talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate journey. The role also covers immigration compliance, providing advice on visa options, sponsorship duties and right‑to‑work requirements. In addition, it involves investigations into disciplinary and grievance matters, working closely with the Employee Relations team.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong partnerships with managers and candidates.
* Deliver high‑quality recruitment support and optimise tools and channels to attract the best talent in a global market.
* Ensure immigration compliance and advise on visa options, sponsorship duties and right‑to‑work requirements.
* Conduct investigations into disciplinary and grievance matters in partnership with managers across the University.
* Coordinate recruitment activities and apply immigration legislation and employment law knowledge.
Requirements
Experience of coordinating recruitment activities; up‑to‑date knowledge of employment law; experience of conducting investigations in disciplinary and grievance casework; ability to support and grow across multiple areas of Human Resources; strong communication and organisational skills.
