The Business Change & Benefits Advisor will lead and manage the requisite change management framework that will transform healthcare within the digital environment. The post holder will support the wider project team to facilitate change management and digital transformation. They will have a working knowledge of practicing user centred design and will be responsible for supporting a range of activities required to support the transformation to digital within NHS HealthCare environments.
Responsibilities
* The Business Change & Benefits Advisor will be accountable to the Benefits Realisation Manager to support redesign to accommodate adoption of new technology. They will lead and advise on transformational change methodologies and frameworks to facilitate departmental transformational change.
* Participate in actively setting the operational, technical and strategic objectives of the digital Transformational Change Process.
* Lead, manage and train agile digital teams to facilitate transformational change programmes within their specific projects, including methodologies and frameworks.
Hywel Dda University Health Board plans and provides NHS healthcare services for people living in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and bordering counties. We have over 13,000 staff and provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services. We work in partnership with local authorities and with public, private and third sector colleagues, including volunteers.
