1. Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard with a high level of accuracy
2. Knowledge of NHS or service provider in general
3. Thorough knowledge of healthcare administrative systems and processes
4. Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets PAS, Excel or similar applications
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
6. Equality and diversity

7. Sound office clerical background providing knowledge of relevant procedures
8. Experience of using a full range of IT/Patient data systems - As applicable to speciality
