At Castellum Catering, we're passionate about great food, exceptional service, and creating unforgettable dining experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help us take our restaurant to the next level.
What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of customer experience.
Lead, motivate and manage a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Handle scheduling, inventory, and supplier management.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
Work closely with the kitchen and ownership to meet business goals and increase profitability.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (minimum 2 years).
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A customer-first mindset with a hands-on approach.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and health regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
