About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a leading windows and doors specialist for a detail-oriented Order Processor to join their team in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Order Processor with strong administrative skills and experience in the fenestration or construction industry. The Order Processor will play a key role in ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately process customer orders, including dimensions, materials, and special requirements * Liaise with internal teams to clarify order details and specifications * Ensure all orders are entered correctly into the order management system * Coordinate with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure timely production and delivery * Maintain accurate records of orders, amendments, and updates * Resolve any order discrepancies or issues efficiently and professionally * Support the team with general administrative tasks and reporting as required Skills & Qualifications: * Previous experience in order processing, ideally within the fenestration, glazing, or construction industry * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Computer literate with experience using order management or CRM systems * Proactive and solution-focused approach This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per year, with the opportunity to develop within a growing fenestration company.
