The PersonAbout You
* 5+ years’ experience in buy-side or sell-side operations
* Previous team leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
* Strong problem-solving mindset with a curiosity to understand markets and business challenges
* Excellent communication skills with both internal stakeholders and clients
* Degree from a leading university
