That includes in-class assistance, mentoring sessions and small group interventions targeting communication, emotional regulation, and confidence. Your work will directly help these students stay engaged, make progress, and thrive in school. You’ll also liaise with SENCOs, class teachers and parents to track impact and adapt support where needed. The Candidate You’ll need empathy, good instincts, and a clear interest in supporting neurodiverse learners. A psychology or related degree is essential.
