Ensure that all routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems are completed in a timely and thorough manner · Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, supporting team members where required · Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Knowledge and experience in like for like electrical and plumbing repairs · Analyse response times to maintenance requests, identifying service failures and room for improvement. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work orders · Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations · Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks across the group Requirements: · Proven experience in maintenance or a related field · Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude · Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and address their concerns · Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively · Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals · Basic welding skills for minor repairs or fabrication work · Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems · Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and ability to travel nationwide as required.
