Job Description
Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can provide dedicated support and make a lasting difference to a child’s school experience?
We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in primary schools across the Saltney area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils who require additional guidance within the classroom, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.
In this role, you will work closely with an individual pupil, providing tailored support to meet their specific learning and developmental needs. You’ll help promote engagement, confidence, and independence while working alongside teachers and other support staff to ensure the pupil receives the best possible educational experience.
We are seeking individuals who are patient, nurturing, and able to build positive relationships with children. Experience working with young people in an educational, childcare, or support setting is desirable, particularly in a 1:1 capacity, but not essential for candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills.
We offer a variety of flexible supply opportunities, including day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements, alongside competitive rates of pay and ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant.
If you’re passionate about supporting children on an individual basis and are looking for 1:1 Teaching Assistant opportunities across the Saltney area from September, we’d love to hear from you.
