What You'll Be Doing As a Technical Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our construction teams have the accurate, timely information they need to deliver homes on programme and within budget. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: Creating and maintaining document registers for each project Distributing up-to-date information to all departments and construction teams Monitoring receipt of NHBC conditions and uploading requested information Maintaining and keeping live trackers up to date Support with Solicitors enquiries General administrative duties ??
