About the Role - Reporting into an inspired CEO, the new senior strategy projects Manager will create and drive the formal strategic planning for the group, scoping and managing projects and research initiatives to ensure a successful delivery of strategic objectives.
This is a unique opportunity to shape corporate strategy, oversee strategic planning cycles, and evaluate new business opportunities—both organic and acquisition-led. You’ll bring commercial insight, creativity, and a hands-on approach to strategic execution in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead strategic planning processes, identifying growth opportunities and supporting business units in evaluating them.
2. Head up the Strategic & Commercial Committee—owning agendas, insight preparation, and follow-up.
3. Build and maintain a centralised view of business development activities across the company.
4. Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and strategic fits.
