Temporary (initially) for 1 year-commencing Monday 1st September 2025
The Governing Body wish to appoint a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work at Cwmdar Primary School to support high quality learning opportunities for our pupils.

As a Teaching Assistant you will:
* Support the learning and development of pupils, adapting approaches to meet a wide range of individual needs.
* Work closely with class teacher to deliver targeted support and differentiated activities.
* Assess, record and report on development, progress, and attainment.
* Establish positive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations
* Support the development of pupil wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with the school team to ensure school policies and procedures are implemented effectively
We are looking for someone who has :
* Good literacy and numeracy skills to support learning effectively.
* Good communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills when working with pupils and staff.
